2nd graders have Latin for 20 minutes each week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays (depending on which homeroom class your student is in!).
They focus on Roman life and culture using a specific Roman family who lived in Britannia around 100CE. They will learn some Latin vocabulary words, Roman numerals and counting, talk about virtue through mythology, and prepare to start learning how to read Latin in 3rd grade!
